In his first official speech promised to clear the atmosphere round the Polish Volleyball Federation, unite the volleyball environment and cooperate with everyone who cares of polish volleyball. Furthermore, he added that this will be a social function. In 2006, Tokio, became chosen member of the International Volleyball Federation’s Board of Administration (FIVB).
