Polish junior European Championships’ Final
Poland defeated in Mogilev Latvia 3:0 (25:11, 25:19, 25:17) at the last day match of the Junior women’s elimination tournament to the European Championships, group A. The team led by coach Andrzej Peć had a set of victories. Furthermore, the team took first place and gained promotion to the final tournament to be held in August, in Turkey.

Junior women’s national team before the European Championships’ qualifications
Junior men’s national team have already had sparring matches with the Czech Republic. Polish national team does not have to take part in the European Championships’ qualification tournament, because Poland together with Denmark with co-organize the tournament and the matches are to be performed in Randers and Gdynia, in term 25th of August – 2nd of September.

Since Friday Polish Junior Women’s National Team is at the training camp in Szczyrk. The players are preparing to the World Championships under supervision of coaches Grzegorza Kosatki and Marcin Wojtowicz.

Serbia lost, but will play at the World Championships
Polish National Team presented very well at the World Championships Qualification Tournament. They defeated Portugal, Greece and Montenegro in three sets.

(Women) Players of KS Pałac Bydgoszcz have confirmed their position of the favorite. They hace lost the first set of the final with MUKS Sparta Warszawa, but in the next three sets they proved to be unbeatable.

Today Polish National Team experienced a severe failure with Turkey. After Germany won with Italy 3:0, unfortunately, it was obvious that white and reds will not gain promotion to the final 8 of the best teams in Europe. What was the reason for such a weak result of the Polish team?

Polish Junior National Team lost with Turkey 0:3 (20:25, 15:25, 16:25) in the next match of the group phase of the Junior European Championships, in Serbia. Out of four hitherto matches, team of Zbigniew Krzyżanowski won only one - against Hungary.

Participants of the Junior European Championships in Nisz and Zrenjanin have no doubts - if Vladimir Gribc is one of the chiefs of the organizing committee, the event will surely be organized on the same level that the golden medalist of the Olympic Games presented while playing in Sydney.

On Wednesday Polish Junior National Team left to Serbia, to participate in Junior European Championships, beginning from the 3rd of September. In Zrenjanin, Poles will play in Group II against Slovakia, Hungary, Italy, Germany and Turkey.

The Junior Poland team lost in a friendly game to the Czech Republic in Prague 0:3 (22:25, 20:25, 18:25). The team coached by Zbigniew Krzyżanowski won the fourth set 25:23.
