Volleyball ‘sandpit’ behind the Great Wall
The Asian part of the SWATCH Word Tour beach volleyball tournament continues. At the moment the players moved to the capital of China, where the Grand Slam tournament is being held. Two polish pairs have already performed in Beijing: Piotr Kantor and Bartosz Łosiak, as well as Michał Kądzioła and Jakub Szałankiewicz.

Getting ready for Brasilia Open
Women’s tournament Brasilia Open starts on the 15th of April. Kinga Kołosińska and Monika Brzostek will play at the qualifications. Beach volleyball players have been on a training camp on Tenerife before Easter. On Tuesday Morcing girls flew to Rio de Janeiro. Polish players still have a chance to qualify to the Olympic games, therefore, each tournament is equally important.

Gold medal for Kądzioła and Szałankiewicz at the Universiade
Polish pair was the best during this year’s summer Universiade. Kądzioła and Szałankiewicz defeated the Russian pair Prokopjew/Bogatow in the final of the tournament and won the gold medal.

Michał Kądzioła and Jakub Szałankiewicz are having a variable luck in Quebec, during the beach volleyball tournament of World Tour. After victory over the team from Australia McHugh/Slak, the polish duet lost with Latvians Samoilovs/Sorokins.
